Who is the organisor of the Excellence Club 2026?
The conference is being organised on behalf of bredent medical by the tour operator Lapland Lodge. bredent medical GmbH & Co. KG is responsible for the clinical programme, while Lapland Lodge is responsible for everything else, including transfers, accommodation, activities, etc.

Will I also meet bredent medical representatives at the congress?
In addition to our speakers, bredent medical representatives will also be on site to answer your questions and help you implement your newly acquired ideas.
How can I register for the bredent conference?
To register, download the registration form, fill it in completely and send it to event@laplandlodge.se
Once your registration has been successfully processed, you will receive a booking confirmation, your personal schedule and your invoice.
Which departure airports are available?
You can fly to the bredent medical congress from German airports only. You can choose between Cologne CGM, Stuttgart STR, Munich MUC or Hanover HAJ airports.
International participants will need to arrange their own connecting flights.
Departures from Munich MUC and Hanover HAJ are subject to a surcharge of € 60.
Which airline flies to Swedish Lapland, Arvidsjaur?
You can fly to the Excellece Club 2026 with Eurowings / Leav from Stuttgart, Cologne, Munich or Hanover comfortably.
Can I bring someone with me?
We are delighted to welcome you and your partner. The basic price for your accompanying person in the same room is € 2,245.
Your children/teenagers are also very welcome. Children aged 2 to 12 stay in their parents' room for € 1,290 and teenagers aged 13 to 17 for € 1,490.
Children and teenagers can ride as passengers on the snowmobile and, from the age of 6, also as passengers in Sports Cars on Ice.
Do I need to provide my own equipment?
Premium thermal rental equipment will be provided on site to keep you warm during your adventures south of the Arctic Circle. (Thermal overalls, Scott boots, helmet, gloves & balaclava)
Can I book upgrade options?
There are various upgrade options to choose from. You can book a different room category or additional activities. Whatever you desire.
When will there be a timeline for the event?
Your personal timeline will be created at short notice to make your stay as pleasant as possible and to take all your wishes and upgrade options into account.
Where is the congress taking place?
The congress will take place in the conference hall of the Hotel Laponia in Arvidsjaur, Sweden, where you will also be staying.
Can I book additional activities?
In addition to the standard activities included, further Ski-Doo Safaris, Sports Cars on Ice, a Husky Tour and packages specially put together for bredent can be booked for an additional charge.
Can I go on a Husky Tour?
A husky tour is available as an activity with a maximum of 25 participants.
Free spots will be allocated by the organiser subject to availability. The husky tours take place on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
